How do I create an account?

Open the app and tap "Sign Up." You can sign up with your email address, Apple ID, or Google account. Follow the on-screen steps to complete your profile and select your preferences.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To cancel:

Open the Settings app on your iPhone
Tap your name at the top
Tap "Subscriptions"
Find "Sanctuary Premium" and tap it
Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Your premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How do I restore my purchase?

Go to Profile > Subscription and tap "Restore Purchases." This will sync your subscription status with your Apple ID.

How do I request a refund?

All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.

How do I delete my account?

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption (AES-GCM) for sensitive content and secure infrastructure (Supabase) for data storage. See our Privacy Policy for details.

What Bible translation does the app use?

The app includes the King James Version (KJV). We plan to add more translations in the future.

How does the AI chat work?

The AI chat feature uses a language model to help you explore scripture, generate prayers, and discuss spiritual topics. It is meant as a supplement to your personal study and prayer life, not a replacement for pastoral counsel.

How do I manage notifications?

Go to Profile > Notification Settings to customize your notification preferences, including morning/evening reminders, streak notifications, and quiet hours.

How do I join a prayer group?

Navigate to the Community tab, then tap "Groups." You can browse available groups or join via an invite link shared by a group admin.
